Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Euclidiana is an LSAT logic-practice mobile application owned and operated by Biolexic Labs ("we", "us"). We have designed Euclidiana to collect as little information about you as possible. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what we do and do not collect.

1. Information we collect

The Euclidiana iOS app does not require an account. Without one, the only identifier associated with your use of the app is the anonymous app-scoped identifier that our subscription provider uses to determine entitlement to Pro features (see Section 3). The app embeds no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and we never collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or biometric data.

You may optionally create an account, in the app or on this website, to associate your account with subscription and account services. If you do, we collect your email address and store it, together with your subscription status, on our own server. Accounts are handled by our authentication provider, Clerk, Inc., and are governed by Clerk's privacy policy.

The Euclidiana website (euclidiana.com) records anonymous, aggregate page-visit counts on our own server (timestamp, page path, referring website hostname, coarse device class such as mobile/tablet/desktop, and an ISO country code when provided by the network). We do not store IP addresses, set tracking cookies, use browser fingerprinting, or share this data with any third-party analytics service.

2. Information stored on your device

Your practice history, scores, streaks, and progress are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard local storage (AsyncStorage on iOS and Android). This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.

3. Subscription processing

In the iPhone app, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed through our subscription provider, RevenueCat, Inc. We receive an app-scoped identifier from RevenueCat solely to determine whether you are entitled to Pro features. If you are signed in, that identifier is your account identifier; otherwise it is an anonymous device-scoped identifier. The iPhone app is the practice surface; this website does not provide browser-based practice.

On this website, purchases are processed by PayPal. You enter payment details with PayPal, not with us. PayPal returns a subscription identifier and status, which we store against your Euclidiana account so we know whether to unlock Pro. We never receive your card details, bank information, payment method, or billing address.

Apple's privacy policy applies to App Store purchases: apple.com/legal/privacy. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to the entitlement check: revenuecat.com/privacy. PayPal's privacy statement applies to web purchases: paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.

4. Crash and error reporting

The app does not include third-party crash reporting. If a crash occurs and you have iOS analytics sharing enabled in your device settings, Apple may share an anonymous crash report with us under Apple's standard developer terms. You can disable this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

5. Children

Euclidiana is intended for prospective law-school applicants and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Your rights

If you have not created an account, we hold no personal information about you to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have, you can delete your account and the email address and subscription status stored with it at any time — from the Account section of the About tab in the app, or by emailing us. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; manage an App Store subscription in Apple settings or a web subscription in PayPal. To delete practice history stored on your device, uninstall the app or use the Reset option in the app's settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Contact
