Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Biolexic Labs ("we", "us"), the owner and operator of Euclidiana ("Euclidiana"), and govern your use of the Euclidiana mobile application ("the app") and the Euclidiana website ("the website"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, or by using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Euclidiana is an LSAT logic-practice mobile application, with account and subscription services also available through this website. The app provides curated questions and explanations for educational purposes; the website provides product information, account sign-in, and PayPal subscription management, but does not provide browser-based practice. Euclidiana is not affiliated with the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), which administers the LSAT. We make no representation that Euclidiana guarantees any particular score outcome.

2. Accounts

You can use the mobile app without an account. An account is optional and exists so that a Euclidiana subscription can unlock Pro in the iPhone app and be managed through this website. You create one by verifying an email address; you are responsible for keeping access to that address secure and for activity under your account.

An account is personal to you. Sharing account credentials so that other people can use a single subscription is not permitted, and we may suspend accounts used that way. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — see section 4.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, and to access the website, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit Euclidiana or its content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Full practice access in the iPhone app requires an active Euclidiana Pro subscription. There are two ways to buy it, and the price, the plans available, and how you cancel all depend on which one you use. The website is used for product information, account services, and PayPal billing; it does not provide browser-based practice.

(a) In the mobile app. Euclidiana Pro is priced at US $19.99 per month or US $99.99 per year, each beginning with a 7-day free trial. The subscription is sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged when the free trial ends, unless you cancel before then, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Pricing in other currencies is set by Apple at the local-equivalent price tier and is shown to you before purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

(b) On the website. Euclidiana Pro is sold by Biolexic Labs as a monthly subscription at US $19.99 per month, billed through PayPal under a PayPal billing agreement. The current price is always shown on the subscription page before you buy. There is no free trial on the web plan and no annual web plan — the 7-day free trial and the yearly price are available only through the iPhone app. The website subscription is purchased and managed on the website; the website does not provide browser-based practice. Your first payment is taken when you approve the subscription in PayPal, and it then renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page or directly in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Automatic payments; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, PayPal may suspend the subscription and Pro access ends until payment succeeds. We may change the price of the web plan; if we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you can cancel if you do not want to continue. Apple is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, a subscription purchased on the website.

5. Using the app and website

The iPhone app is the Euclidiana practice surface. The website provides public product information, account sign-in, and PayPal subscription management. The website does not offer practice questions or explanations in a browser.

Billing is managed by the provider through which you subscribed: Apple for an iPhone purchase or PayPal for a website purchase. If you hold two separate subscriptions, cancelling one does not cancel the other.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by whoever processed the payment. For a subscription purchased in the mobile app, all payments are processed by Apple and refund requests are handled solely under Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com; we are not able to issue those refunds directly.

For a subscription purchased on the website, we bill you through PayPal and can help directly. Email Djwinarick@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full and cancel the subscription. After 14 days, cancelling stops future renewals but the current period is non-refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a stronger right — those rights are not affected by these Terms. PayPal's own buyer protection and dispute process also remains available to you.

7. Content and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, branding, and software in Euclidiana are owned by Biolexic Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not redistribute or republish Euclidiana content.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Euclidiana to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with normal operation of the app or the website.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Euclidiana is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biolexic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or LSAT score outcomes arising out of your use of Euclidiana. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Euclidiana at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling the app and closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Euclidiana after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If you subscribed through the App Store, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to that purchase. If you subscribed on the website, PayPal's user agreement applies to the payment itself.
